- Consent: We treat only with your informed consent. You may pause or stop at any time.
- Hygiene: Therapists wash/sanitize hands before and after each session. Fresh linens are used for every client.
- Medical disclosures: Please tell us about any injuries, surgeries, pregnancies, allergies, medications, skin conditions, fever or contagious illness.
- Contraindications: We may decline or adapt treatment if massage is not appropriate (e.g., acute infection, high fever, recent major surgery, uncontrolled hypertension).
- Boundaries: Only therapeutic, professional touch. Any inappropriate behavior ends the session immediately and full fee applies.

How we handle your data
We collect necessary personal details (name, contact information), booking information, and relevant health notes to provide safe treatment and manage appointments. We use your details to confirm bookings, send reminders, and follow up when appropriate.
We keep records securely and only as long as needed. We do not sell your data. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data where applicable by emailing kingtonlondonroad@gmail.com or calling 07961603522.

When deposits apply
For busy times or longer bookings, a deposit may be requested to secure your slot. Deposits are credited toward your session. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend, the deposit may be retained. Refunds are issued when we must cancel your appointment or when required by law.
Vouchers can be purchased for a chosen amount or service. They are valid for 12 months from the issue date unless stated otherwise, and must be presented at the appointment. Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may require advance booking to secure your preferred time.
Getting here and staying safe
Please contact us if you have access needs so we can assist on arrival and prepare the room. If you feel unwell during your session, tell your therapist immediately. For minors (under 18), a parent/guardian must provide consent and be present during treatment.
We welcome your feedback. If you have a concern, please raise it with your therapist as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly. Your agreement with us
By booking you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will follow therapist guidance. We reserve the right to refuse service where safety or professional boundaries may be compromised. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property on the premises. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom.
